Ikigai approached the logistics of the CNC retrofit Plant by redesigning the layout, reducing space and flows, and introducing new methodological and IT tools for project management. Pilot project outcomes have been communicated and extended to both other plants. Once production methods and costs were optimized, marketing efforts were focused on reaching major players in industrial gearbox and other manufacturing industries.
Achievement
