Solution
Ikigai designed the Plan for Every Part, outlining feeding strategy and storage of each reference. This includes calculating internal flows as well as providing logistics solutions for material handling and the optimal space required. Scenario analysis have been performed based on increased investment in automation, allowing the client to choose the option that best fits their needs.
Achievement
The customer, knowing the costs and benefits of proposed solutions, has implemented the preliminary project and achieved the targets set at the beginning of the initiative.
